Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition. The item must be in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

Opened pet treats or chews. Used pet beds or apparel Personalized or custom items & Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number & Photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
